Welcome to Punteghar. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Nepali learning by Punteghar mobile application, website, and related services.
By using Punteghar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or related services.
Punteghar is an educational service designed to help children and families learn Nepali through letters, numbers, pronunciation, vocabulary, tracing activities, and simple educational games.
The app is intended for general educational use and is not a substitute for professional teaching, educational assessment, or specialist advice.
Punteghar is designed for children, but use of the app should be supervised by a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
Parents and guardians are responsible for:
Punteghar does not require children to create accounts or provide personal profile information.
Some features of Punteghar are available free of charge.
Additional features may require a paid Premium subscription, including certain tracing activities, games, or other learning content.
The exact Premium features available may change over time as the app is improved.
Punteghar may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.
Subscription prices and billing periods are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary depending on your country, currency, taxes, and app store.
Subscriptions are processed through the platform where the purchase is made, such as:
Punteghar does not directly process or store payment card information.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the rules of the applicable app store.
Renewal charges are handled by Apple or Google using the payment method connected to your store account.
You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
You may cancel your subscription through your device's app store subscription settings.
For Apple purchases, subscription management is handled through your Apple ID subscription settings.
For Google Play purchases, subscription management is handled through your Google Play account.
Cancellation takes effect according to the applicable app store's rules. You will normally retain access to Premium features until the end of the already-paid subscription period.
Where supported, the app includes a Restore Purchase function that allows eligible purchases or subscriptions to be restored using the same app store account used for the original purchase.
Restoration depends on the purchase information provided by Apple or Google.
Payments and refunds are handled by the app store through which the purchase was made.
Punteghar does not directly issue App Store or Google Play refunds.
Refund eligibility is determined according to the applicable store's policies and applicable law.
Punteghar uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status, verify purchases, restore purchases, and determine whether Premium features should be available.
RevenueCat may process limited technical and purchase-related information, including an anonymous app user identifier, subscription status, product identifier, purchase date, expiration date, platform, and transaction information required to provide subscription functionality.
RevenueCat does not process payment card information on behalf of Punteghar.

Punteghar does not require account registration or login and does not intentionally collect personal profile information from children.
Some app preferences or learning progress may be stored locally on the device.

Unless otherwise stated, the Punteghar name, branding, characters, graphics, audio, educational content, software, design, and other original materials are owned by Punteghar or used with appropriate rights.
These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal and educational purposes.
They do not transfer ownership of any Punteghar intellectual property to you.
We may update, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue parts of the app from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the app will operate without interruption or errors.
We may also update Premium content and features while keeping the overall purpose of the subscription substantially the same.
Certain functionality depends on third-party services, including Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.
Their own terms, policies, availability, and technical systems may apply when you use those services.
Punteghar is not responsible for outages, payment failures, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Punteghar is provided on an "as available" basis.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
You may stop using Punteghar at any time.
We may restrict access where necessary to protect the app, comply with legal requirements, prevent abuse, or address violations of these Terms.
Ending use of the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled through the relevant app store.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the app, subscriptions, legal requirements, or our services.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the app after an update means the updated Terms will apply, subject to applicable law.
When you download or purchase Punteghar through Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store terms and policies also apply.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory terms imposed by the applicable app store or applicable law, those mandatory requirements will take precedence.
